Saundra Young-Sanders, known creatively as Saunagirl Music, is a Christian songwriter, author, and multiple sclerosis advocate from Charlotte, North Carolina. Her musical journey grows from poetry, prayer, and personal testimony, turning everyday moments and life’s challenges into songs of faith, gratitude, and hope.
Living with multiple sclerosis since 1996 has deepened her desire to encourage others through her creative gifts. Inspired by Scripture, family, and her relationship with God, she writes heartfelt songs that remind listeners they are loved, their lives have purpose, and their circumstances do not have the final word. Through Saunagirl Music, she shares an enduring message: God is still working, and there is still a reason to praise.
